So I'm trying this new thing at the gym. When I'm on the elliptical machine, I'm attempting to do it without holding on. It's supposed to be a better workout because it's "working my core." I don't know exactly what that means, but I'm doing it anyway.
I can't go quite as fast as I normally would and every once in a while I feel like I'm going to topple over to one side and then I have to grab on. But the more I do it, the easier it is to maintain a good speed and I can do it for longer stretches at a time, so I feel good about it. In fact now I feel guilty when I do hold on. Well, guilty is a strong word, but I feel like I should do it without holding on, hence the twinge of guilt when I don't. Yeah, I know, I'm a freak!
Hey, speaking of the gym, I haven't seen beautiful man for several weeks. I have seen creepy old dude, though. Figures!
