I just realized that I never gave a proper "welcome to the blog roll" to FiL over at
pogo a go-go. So, Welcome! Don't let him fool you--he comes off like a really refined and decorous sort of fellow, what with his eloquent writing style, but I think that's just a facade for one wild-and-crazy guy, as evidenced by his love of all things punk and rammy.

music is art, too, who curates one of the most beautiful blogs out there, in looks, words and music. A lovely place to spend some time.
Since this is a bit of a catch-all post, I'd like to remind everyone that
Emily Haines' solo cd comes out today (in the US; UK release is Spring '07; it's already out in Canada).
Knives Don't Have Your Back is on my must-buy list. Some folks find it a bit mellow or all-of-one-piece, but that's actually what I'm looking for right now. I mean, how could I not love an album that explores melancholy and heartache and life-altering loss?
