I'm Going Away for a Few Days--Day One

    I'm going away for a few days, so I thought instead of abandoning you altogether, I'd arrange to put up a few songs that I've been meaning to get to so as to keep you company while I'm gone. This is the poppy indie bunch.

Immaculate Machine--"Dear Confessor" mp3 off Fables (buy) This is a great song for the treadmill.

Bjorn Kleinhenz--"Sing Yeah" mp3 off--I'm not sure what this is off, but it's a classic example of my most-loved type of song, that of the catchy upbeat tune with the darker lyrics. Yeah.

Ben Kweller--"Penny on the Train Track" mp3 off Ben Kweller (buy) Thanks, Ryan. I'm not sure why I've never listened to Ben Kweller before, but he's really good.
