I just stumbled upon some great news, fits right in with the remix theme going on here.
According to a recent post over at great body of water, it appears Stars is going to release an album of remixes this fall. It'll be called Do You Trust Your Friends, and will feature contributions from Arts and Crafts regulars Broken Social Scene and The Dears, plus Metric, The Elected, and The Junior Boys. Hard to imagine improving much on Set Yourself on Fire, but if anybody can do it, it's this crew.
And yeah, this is one of my classic lazy posts, but I'm back, that ought to count for something, right?
Oh, great body of water is another judge at the Asthmatic Kitty "Reshape and Resize Shapes and Sizes" contest. AK has all the bloggers on the panel listed and short blurbs about the blogs here. And there's still plenty of time for you to enter, if you so desire.
