I thought I'd try to balance (make up for?) all that freaky/weird posting I've been doing by making a little mix of smooth and soothing music.
Zero 7--"
Today" and "
Throw it All Away" off their upcoming cd
The Garden, both found at
i guess i'm floating. The Zero 7 site says Sia is featured on "Dreaming" but I swear it's her singing on "
Throw It All Away," too. Don't know who the vocalist is on "Today." Actually, upon further listening, I think it's Jose Gonzalez. Correct me if I'm wrong.
M83--"
Farewell / Goodbye" off
Before the Dawn Heals Us, courtesty of
bows + arrows (March 30th post). I really ought to break down and buy this album, coz I really like it.
The Late Cord-- "
My Most Meaningful Relationships Are With Dead People" off
Lights From the Wheelhouse, via
what would Jesus blog? Way mellow, muy soothing. And kinda sad. Right up my alley, actually.
Fear of Pop--"
In Love" off
Fear of Pop Volume 1. OK, this is a bit of a joke (ha ha!), but it's kind of groovy. After all, it's Ben Folds producing/backing up ye old
William Shatner. That's quite the combination, in my book. Found it at
another form of relief. He has more William Shatner goodies. In case you were in need. Oh, and btw, there were 43 people online when I visited Shatner's official website. That seems like a lot, doesn't it?
