I heard on the news today that more than 100 civilians A DAY are dying in Iraq. Now, I easily get depressed and often feel sorry for myself, but when I pay attention to the real struggles people are dealing with every day, it puts my troubles in perspective.

Of course, the link's not working right, but that's beside the point--he read it and thought it was "uplifting." Ah, my heart.
