I want to be one of those people who gets polled about the upcoming Democratic primary in Pennsylvania. How do you suppose I could arrange that? According to this article, Obama's starting to close in on Clinton's lead, and considering the primary is still nearly three weeks away, that is very exciting news.
Yep, I'm supporting Obama. Feminist that I am, I would really like to have a woman president, but given the choice between the two actual people who are running at the moment (not counting McCain), I am really drawn to Obama over Clinton. She's fine, she'd be an OK president, but he's got something above and beyond what she can offer in terms of leadership and bringing people together, and I think we desperately need that at this particular moment in time.
If any of my fellow Pennsylvanians are on the fence about who to vote for on April 22, watch this video. It draws some pretty clear distinctions between Obama and Clinton, not necessarily about their policies, rather more about how they operate and their sense of integrity. It's really worth watching.
