"I'm a LEAD Farmer, Muthafucka!"
Yes, I just saw Tropic Thunder and it's the funniest, most entertaining movie I've seen in a long time. Oh my god, Robert Downey, Jr. should win an Oscar for his performance. I'm telling you, it was hilarious. It's so totally my kind of humor and every other line was laugh-out-loud. I think I need to see it again because I'm sure I missed half of them because I was laughing so hard.
The list of fabulous performers is long, including Jack Black, Steve Coogan, Nick Nolte, Matthew McConaughey (how about that ringtone when Tug calls his cell phone?) and even Tom Cruise. I'm sure everyone has heard about his part in the film, but he was so into it that it was scary-funny.
The soundtrack, which was used very effectively, included: The Crystal Method, the Temptations, Creedence Clearwater Revival (what Vietnam war movie doesn't?), Enigma, MC Hammer, Ben Bidsjoy, The Mooney Suzuki, Ten Years After, Steppenwolf, Ja'net Dubois, Edgar Winter Group, Dan Hill, Edwin Starr and Brandon T. Jackson.

Oh, I do so love Ben Stiller. Everything he does makes me laugh, beginning way back with Flirting With Disaster, which is one of my all-time favorite movies. Whatever you do, don't miss Tropic Thunder.
