I was just thinking that when I first mentioned the new blog I'm a part of, fun and heartbreak, I did it pretty off-handedly. At the time (all of ten days ago), I wasn't sure what it was going to turn into, so I just sort of threw it out there. Well guess what, I could never have predicted what it's already become.
It started off with four like-minded bloggers joining together to focus on two of the essentials of life, fun and heartbreak. It's grown into a 17-person collective of people who are all writing pieces from the heart. It's so exciting. Every time I go over there it seems there's another person on board. I'm really thrilled with it.
So on it, I started what I'm calling a "sad-off" of sad songs. I put up a sad song and the next person so inclined puts up another one and tries to out-sad the previous one. It sounds a little warped now that I think about it, but it's turning out to be fun trying to break one another's hearts. Check it out if you'd like and see who else is playing along. And please make sure you listen to this song. It's absolutely beautiful and pure Teitur.

I have never heard of Teitur... I have not made my mind up yet, but I will

At first I thought your sad off would be ignored but it has taken a life of
its own and in various permutations the sad-off continues
