But let those dishes lie there - maybe you should bribe one of the kids to do them.

a-d--i hear you, loud and clear! only eventually you run out of dishes and then you can't see the counters anymore and pretty soon the fridge is empty and then you have to face the facts and wash some friggin' dishes! maybe i should turn the tunes up really, really loud while i do them and that will help. :)

jc--now that is a capital idea! that's what i have children for, isn't it? to do the slave labor?? ;-) btw, the little picture came that way. i found it on google image search and when i copied it, the properties stayed with it. normally i wouldn't be able to make something move like that either.
