I Learned My Lesson and This Time I'm Cleaning the Whole House

That just figures, doesn't it? Hope the cleaning went well (one of my least fave things to do, especially on the weekend).

i must report that my children are helping out--substantially! so it looks like things will be in order for when she arrives. now i just need to finish shopping!! : )

That is so funny. And I can't wait until my kids are old enough to wield the Comet... so that really happens??

Couldn't Gramma get a room? On a related note, some friends of ours have created (or talked about creating) a set of bingo cards for the holidays. Instead of numbers, they'd have comments like "Didn't help", "didn't help again", "gave unsolicited advice", etc. Can you imagine the scene? Bingo!! Good luck with the cleaning and everything else that goes with it. :)

oh, we could never send grandma to a hotel! it's all right, actually, it's one of the few things that motivates me to clean house! i like that bingo game idea. might go good with some hoegaardens!

linda--i KNOW. i hate to clean but it looks and feels so much better when it's done. instant gratification, especially when you let it go and there's a huge difference!
