Happy New Year, everyone. I've not got much to say today, other than I'm more than glad to be done with 2007. I also have a few options for those of you who may be nursing a hangover and don't want to do much thinking.
1. You can check out the final installment of the contrast podcast's festive fifty countdown right here. It's a perfect way to cap off the old year. Next week things are back to normal and the theme will be "letters and postcards." If one of your New Year's resolutions was to participate in the contrast podcast, now's your chance.
2. You can listen to the blogfresh radio end-of-year spectacular right here. Another way to hear some great and varied music that you might have missed during the past year.
3. If you're into something new, you can visit a brand new blog called fun and heartbreak, which I just happen to be a co-conspirator in, along with my friends Colin, Juan and Nico. I'm not really sure how it's going to evolve, but I'm looking forward to being a part of it.
Would you like a song to start off the new year? Something not too hard on the ears? Here's "Recovery" by New Buffalo, which should work for just about everyone regardless of the state of your head.
