I don't know why I didn't contribute to this week's contrast podcast. It's called "DJ Russian Roulette," and I suppose I thought I didn't have any good dance tracks or some such thing. Anyway, I found a couple to share, post-podcasthumously as it were, and both have that Scandinavian flair that I like so much. If you want to hear loads and loads of great choonz that are guaranteed to get you out on the dance floor, however, I suggest you go here to download/listen to this fab podcast.
Next week is going to be a very special contrast podcast, wherein the "significant others" of podcast participants have each chosen a song that represents their loved one and then they tell why. I'm looking forward to this one, and I'm quite touched that my husband decided to take the plunge and submit something on my behalf.
Jenny Wilson--"Let My Shoes Lead Me Forward (The Knife Remix)" mp3 off Let My Shoes Lead Me Forward Single (buy)
Peter, Bjorn and John--"Young Folks (Datashat Remix)" mp3 I can't find where to buy this, but la new shit has six other remixes of this song. I wish I read French so I knew what they were saying about it.
I'm listening to this one while I clean the house today! YIPEEEE!!
i listened to it while i was on the treadmill today, and it was very
inspirational for doing that, too! thanks for the support about the icky
one--i didn't see him today, thank god. :0
Your stinky friend gives me the horn.
