I woke up around 4 a.m. and couldn't fall back to sleep until about 20 minutes before I had to get up. That doesn't usually happen to me. I almost got up at 4 and came down to write something for today because, as you see, I didn't have anything prepared, but I was too lazy. I was in that place between being awake enough to be distressed about it but not awake enough to move.

ross--i know, it felt like i had just closed my eyes again the damn alarm
went off. i think i had a nightmare in the short time i slept, too, come to
think of it. oh well, i survived. :)
Happens to me abou once every other month, I hate it. The cure? Either Bob
Dylan's Unplugged album or The Cardigans' No Sleep
