A Few Songs for Friday
This time of year is all about "best-ofs" and "year-ends" and "wrap-ups," but believe it or not there is still new music coming out. Here are a few songs I got through the grapevine this past week.
Twiggy Frostbite--"Lanterns and Stars" mp3 Yes, this is a holiday tune, and it's really pretty, feathery and ethereal. Don't you love their name?
Antiqcool--"Already Late" mp3 I should have put this track in my post about falling behind, but it'll do just as nicely here. And it really is cool.
James Delay--"Rewinder" mp3 This comes straight from James, a DJ/Producer in London. It's laidback and spare and builds slowly. Very relaxing.
I wish all I had to do for the rest of the season was sit back and relax and listen to all the great music I've got, but that's not the way it works, is it?

i'm going to check it out. : )
Actually the next album is due for release in 2009....First two CD's have
good songs but the production leaves a lot to be desired (done on a
shoestring budget). If you would like a CDR of monitor mixed tracks so far,
let me know and I will snail one out to you.
